What people are saying about the Primal Foods Recipe eBook:

This book really should be called a lifestyle book since it informs the reader in simple language why Heathar's organic Primal Foods diet is so superior to other diets that have become fads in recent times, and why wholesome food is so important for extended good health. The first 25 pages offer one of the best for-the-lay-person summaries I have seen of what is wrong with our food today and what constitutes a healthy diet. Rare to find in a cookbook is informative science about the consequences of oxidative stress and glycation damage due to chemical poisoning from GMO foods and toxic herbicides. The recipes cover a broad range of menu items and nearly all of them look wholesome and delicious. ~Stephanie Seneff, Senior researcher MIT

Dear Primal Foods,
When I read your Coconut-Crusted Wild Caught Cod recipe, I had to try it. Off to the local market to purchase the cod and other ingredients needed. Preparing the cod was simple and only took about 15 minutes to prepare for cooking. Once in the skillet, cooking time was about 10 minutes-the result was a golden brown crusted cod. Served with sautéed broccoli and spinach - the cod was OUTSTANDING. This dish in a quality restaurant would cost in the $18 to $22 dollar range and in my own kitchen I estimated the cost to be about $6 bucks. Try this very healthy recipe-the only problem is you want a second serving immediately!
